Austin Rinke

Mr. Rinke is an accident reconstruction engineer at Fischer Forensic Engineering and is a degreed Mechanical Engineer from North Dakota State University. Mr. Rinke has recently contributed to various areas including vehicular accident reconstruction and investigation, traffic engineering and operations, traffic control systems, and human decision-making and risk assessment.
