William Fischer

Mr. Fischer is the founder of Fischer Forensic Engineering and is a degreed Civil Engineer with concentration in Transportation Engineering from the University of Central Florida. For more than 22 years Mr. Fischer has been involved in the analysis of vehicular accident reconstruction and investigation, geometric roadway design, traffic engineering/operations, traffic control devices, operator (human) decision/risk factors, risk analysis, work zone standards, and product design-performance/research. Included in Mr. Fischer’s professional experience is the operation, handling, and/or component performance of; on and off-road motorcycles, bicycles, commercial vehicles, all-terrain vehicles (ATV), marine and personal watercraft (PWC). He is also actively involved in the development of motorcycle standards.
